If your scheduled payment fails for any reason, we will attempt to charge your registered bank card again the next day. If you have a second/third card saved to your Zip account, we will attempt to charge to those cards as well if the payment has failed with your default card.
If the payment is still outstanding for 3 or more days after it was originally due, you will be charged a late payment fee of S$6 for every instalment, capped at S$18 per transaction made.
