You can update your account information via the Customer Portal or the Singtel Dash app. If you are using the Singtel Dash app, head to the Settings page and you will be re-directed to the Customer Portal.
Once you have logged in to your account, you will be brought to your Dashboard and you can view your account details under the My account section.
To update your mobile number or email address, select Edit next to it, enter your new email and click Save. You may be asked a few verification details before you can save your new email address. Once complete, you will receive an email notification confirming your new account email.
To update your address, click Edit next to "Address", update your address information, and click Save.
