If you have received the "Identity verification failed" error message when signing up, it is likely because either your NRIC/FIN or mobile number is different from the ones that Singtel has provided us with. We use information provided from Singtel to verify your identity if you are not signing up with your Singpass account.
If you have recently changed your mobile number, please update your mobile number registered with your Singtel account or on the Singtel Dash app and try again.
For immediate identity verification, we would highly recommend signing up with your Singpass account instead.
